couple of things

for as. i beat as in a 25m freestyle race, even though as used to be a competitive swimmer. not to rain on my own parade, but as is a girl, "claimed" to have a hurt knee and the 25m is not an actually racing distance - it would be like the 43.5m dash.

for sc, who says i need to be more intimidating sometimes. here's a start. subway story from the other day. 50 year old man next to be during rush hour. he takes up more than his seat. when i lean back he pushes me with his shoulders and says "i don't like being pushed" i say "well stay on your side of your seat". he repeats that he doesn't like being pushed. i say "what are you going to do? fight me?" and laugh at him. no more response from him. i wasn't really going to fight him. i don't think i've been in a fight since elementary school. but its like poker - i didn't think he crazy enough to do anything stupid. he must have thought that i was. to all my readers out there, i recommend that you don't challenge people to fights if you happen to be riding the bloor danforth subway line/scarborough rt. my rules for asking people if they are planning to fight me are also in accordance to my earlier policy about when its ok to give people cut eye on public transit. from now on i will start numbering my policies. we will call this one - ttc1.2, and the cut eye one ttc1.1. i will come up with a better naming convention in the future.

Comments:
i can't believe you did that. answering rudeness with more rudeness is not the smartest thing. look at that recent road rage case where the woman got charged after forcing another car into the median on the highway, and the other driver was in critical condition or something.

these are stupid rules. you have rules to be aggressive to random people, and to talk to random girls (ttc.1.0?). i'm going to remember this!

i dunno if i want to go anywhere with you on the ttc. esp due to ttc1.2. if you ask anyone if they are going to fight you, then i will pretend that i don't know you. just so you know in advance.

ttc1.3

When tired of looking at random girls on the TTC, start looking at random men.

ttc1.4

Drive your girlfriend places. Don't make her take the TTC, where random men might apply ttc1.0-1.2.

that is a good comment...ajay is so wise

for the record, ttc1.0 was left intentionally blank to allow for grandfathered rules discussed earlier on epn - i.e. - when to give up your seat on the subway, or how slow people should walk on the right inside subway stations. the random girls topic was a discussion that did not generate a policy.
