this why i really dislike my city councilor mike del grande. if the man tried to arrest me walking down the street, i would counter arrest him and then we would both definitely pressing charges against each other for assault.
anyways, i endorse david miller for mayor of toronto. nothing happens fast in politics and when his only legitmate competitor jane pitfield promises every thing under the moon including new subways etc, i kind of question her sense of reality. if anything i think the harvard educated miller should get another term because he went to harvard. he is smarter. i support smart people who want to be in public office.

The man has not been crimially charged . The woman has three charges against her and was lead away in handcuffs.
The police on the scene obviously know better than you or I, and they chose to arrest and charge her.
