since the world cup semifinals are beginning in 10 minutes, my picks are portugal and italy solely based on the fact that i think college st in toronto would be an interesting place if those two teams played in the finals. its been pointed out that whoever i pick loses. by this logic, we might get to see a final featuring a ww2 rematch in which germany destroys france...lol

germany should go through, but it's world cup and anything can happen.
grrr france. france was crazy though against brazil. but my boyfriend (C. Ronaldo) plays for portugal, so I try to be supportive.
