the canadian men's hockey team lost, no surprise considering they lookand play like crap. whatever. my question is why is wayne gretzky the "executive director" of team canada. what exactly does that mean? in hockey there is a coach, general manager, vp operations... but executive director? and what exactly does wayne gretsky do? he basically pick the personel. so his is a human resource manager.
