a western ontario student's online strip tease somehow made front page news of a prominent toronto daily. it definitely is a water cooler conversation topic and many people i know were amused looking at the pictures - (the star article tells you which keywords to google), what i don't understand is how this is news. why don't they report - "university girls appear on girls gone wild video" or "couple heard having sex in university dorm". the internet has lots of naked pictures of lots of people including unversity students. does the toronto star want to become a tabliod?

it's definitely not front page news. but i guess it raised questions of university policies on intervention .
seems like western did the right thing.
definitely would have been ridiculous if they had claimed they were going to implement policies on blogs and personal sites, in order to somehow reprimand consenting adults involved in legal behaviour.
she totally knew the pictures were being taken, so yeah i dont get what the fuss is about (besides policy discussions).
