rinse before putting into the dishwasher? so far is 3-2 in favour of rinsing dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. i personally do not rinse off the grease. i make sure there is no food particles. i figure the dishwasher washes the dishes for an hour so there's no point in pre rinsing.
