so they finally plugged up the levees in new orleans and can now start pumping the water out. here was the way to fix the problem in 1 day. 1. take a barge. 2. move the barge to the place where the place where the levy is broken. 3. sink the barge. what's with helicopter's and sandbags? also what's with helicopter rescues from rooftops? use boats.
