i ran 15km in a leisurely 1hr 30 min, and surprisingly don't feel that sore. the route is as follows: st george to bloor to yonge to queen's quay to bathurst to davenport to avenue to bloor to st george. this is actually the first time i've run above 10km. at around 12 km, all i could think about is stopping. the question is - can i get myself up to 21km for the toronto (half) marathon in 2 weeks?
