so the power in my house is back on after a 24hr hiatus due to the severe thunderstorms. at h1 there is a list of electricty outages each day and i used to sort of laugh at it. well the shoe was on the other foot this weekend. there's irony again.
also.. it took me 3.5 hours to commute home during friday's storm. thats from eaton centre to north scarborough. the east/west roads were closed, buses were cancelled and traffic lights didn't work. chaos.
on a side note, i finally got my new computer hooked up to my home network. what should have been a simple plug and play was nothing like that at all.
