war of the worlds. 5/10. dakota fanning is annoying. all she does is scream the whole movie. actually tom cruise is annoying too. i never read the novel, but the story line of the movie is disappointing. the aliens die by themselves? or actually bacteria kills them off? why didn't they follow the life of a bacteria then. tom cruise's role has no point. also i'd like to think that my kids would be smarter than tom cruise's in the movie. if told them to get into the car because aliens are chasing us - then they would do that and stop crying about it. if i told them to eat because their next meal might be in days, that they would just eat.

i hope my friends/family are reading this. if we are walking down the street and i yell "GET DOWN" in a forceful tone... it means someone is shooting at us. don't look at me a say "huh? why?". because if you ask me that, then i'll think of you as one of those annoying people in movies who risks everyone else's lives.

fuse japanese restaurant at university/adelaide - 5/10. bento boxes come on plates. big plate, small portions, mediocre quality. one of those restaurants where you just enjoy the decor....
