couple of things:
finished the nike 10k run in 48:38, which is an improvement from the 51:44 i did my last 10k in. my legs were sore before the race started, so i think i can go faster still. while the $50 entrance fee was worth it - 2 nike shirts and other stuff included, this whole exercise was just a huge branding and marketing exercise. to show you the power of nike branding - there seemed to be a large number who signed up for the race who looked like it was their first time running - ever. normally races are set up to benefit a charity. nike's intentions are sketchy at best.
finally won a rollerhockey game. now i'll consider inviting people to watch the games.

i'm back! (sorry i made ya jealous, but you sooo should've just graduated and went on a trip too! LOL)
anyway, catching up on blogs finally. but yeah, i soooo wanted to do the NIKE run and get all that dri-fit stuff! damn it, everyone's got that orange shirt now except for me! =( hehe.
