i was just at a bubble tea place - koto, and 15 minutes after we ordered, they came back and told us that they didn't have any bubbles. that sort of defeats the purpose of bubble tea eh. sort of like if kfc said they ran out of chicken. yesterday i was at destiny - the place accused of re-using uneaten bubbles (see my post from dec). i guess you can't have it both ways when it comes to the bubbles in bubble tea....
