jetsgo - bankrupt - oh well. federal transportation minister says no public money will be spent to bail out travellers who got shafted. great. its the free market, i feel bad for these people, i personally do not want my tax dollars used to bail them out. ok so here's the point. i tried to book the $1 flights on jetsgo. the total came up to about $100. thats $99 in taxes that the airport, government, etc collect. so technically people who booked $1 flights on jetsgo only lose $1. i'm not crying for their $1. but here's where they really get the shaft. the rest of the money went to various government orgs. in all fairness the government should give it back.
